This is sold on a service exchange basis. you will be charged the amount shown initially when ordering the item, with the goods will be a service exchange sheet. On return of the exchange item and the slip a credit of 40% will be given as long as the unit is suitable for exchange. Note: exchange parts must have the same part numbers as contained in our product code if they do not these parts will have a reduced credit of typically 15%.
